The main objective for this project was to create a useable one-level patio area at the rear of the property to make the space more user friendly for our customer who was stuggling with all the existing height changes on the patio.
We ripped up the old patio area which had lots of different heights and created a completely level paving area around the rear of the house.
We used porcelain paving for this project with large 900mm by 600mm slabs of Global Stone Patina porcelain tiles.
We also created new steps for each of the rear exits from the house in the porcelain tiles. We extended the patio area from the original footprint to create more room for entertaining areas.
We laid some new turf to bring the lawn up to the patio level and created some new flower beds which would be more maintenance free for the client.
Our electrical team also installed some new garden lighting to bring the garden to life at night and so our clients could enjoy the new patio area on a nice summers evening.
